Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SchoolStak, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.
